Well, at least it is in compliance with ADA standards - hence the lowered urinal for wheelchair users. There are some advantages to being in a chair - you don't have an audience at this rest room while engaged in "voiding" (as they say in hospitals.)
I prefer the lower urinals. They are much easier to sit on. But seriously, they should place windows in all of the wonderful restrooms with trough urinals. Talk about wondering eyes.
That reminds me of the time I met a rugby player from England in the restroom at Pat O'brien's in New Orleans...well, you don't need to hear the entire story..... but a trough was involved. I felt a little like George Michael.
