A genius explains

Daniel Tammet is an autistic savant. He can perform mind-boggling mathematical calculations at breakneck speeds. But unlike other savants, who can perform similar feats, Tammet can describe how he does it. He speaks seven languages and is even devising his own language. At this number you can receive free phone calls from other PC's or regular telephones. Their accessories page looks like it would be a great resource for general VoIP items.

Happy Birthday, Amy !

I would like to take this opportunity to wish my wife a very wonderful 30th birthday. She has had 11 family members in town for the past couple of days. Last night, we had one of the celebrations for my lovely wife's 30th birthday. 10 of us went to Austin Karaoke, which I've mentioned here before.

I'm fairly sure that I was rocking the house to Knockin' on Heaven's Door (by Guns & Roses). It was a hoot and a half.

Obviously, I was waaaaay into it...
