Tomorrow, Amy and I are each working until about noon and then we're driving to Asheville, North Carolina for the weekend. We're going to stay in a cabin and we'll see an old friend from Austin, who moved there about the time we moved to Atlanta.
We haven't booked every minute of our time there, so check out the Official 2007 Visitor Guide to Asheville, NC and make a suggestion for something we should do!

Grove Park Inn is a must to see - even if you just walk through the lobby. It is really beautiful! I didn't spend too much time looking at the 2007 Visitor's Guide because since it is now 2008, I didn't know if any of the attractions were still available! :)
Biltmore House is phenominal but takes a while to really see it all so don't know if you have time for it on a short trip.
There are so many little shops and neat cafes, I think a walk in town would be lots of fun.
