When we lived in Florida, they had no helmet requirement - even while riding a motorcycle! Imagine going down I-75 about 75 MPH and see a person with a ball cap on riding about 80 MPH! They obviously have never visited an ICU where there are head trauma injuries. Seems stupid to me not to have a law requiring use of helmets.
But I love the look of the town and thanks for keeping us updated while on your trip. I know you are having a blast!
