The Texas Round-Up is a statewide effort to encourage Texans of all fitness levels to incorporate daily physical activity and healthy choices into their lives.
It’s much more than just a race: The Texas Round-Up is a motivational and interactive program to encourage Texans to live a more active and healthy lifestyle. Then, the actual event takes place on April 30, 2005 to celebrate fitness and show how physical activity can be fun. Activities include a 10K run/walk/relay along with a Health and Fitness Festival, Health Expo, and a Post Race Celebration Concert all on the Texas State Capitol grounds.
The Texas Round-Up is a chance for all Texans to rally together and motivate each other to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
